What personal data we collect and why we collect it
User Information
If you register as a user on our site, we collect your email and name in the registration process, allowing you to log in to use the Collections feature. Your email, name and collected items are visible to site administrators, and may be included in data backup files. Your password is stored in encrypted form and is not readable by us.
We store the personal information (your email and name) you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Web site user account logins are not linked to any financial or location data; a user account on our site for the purposes of using our Collections feature is separate from any business account you may have with us.
Cookies
If you log in to our site you may opt-in to saving your name and email address in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details each time you log in. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data
Your web site user profile data will remain active indefinitely unless deleted by you or us. We may periodically delete unused accounts after a period of time; site user account data may remain in data backups for a period of up to 10 years.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Additional information
We may save copies of user data for web site development reasons. Also, user data may be copied and retained in routine data backups. Web hosts and data backup providers may store data remotely on cloud servers.
