Juncos, Camila
Camila Juncos is an architect and artist from Córdoba, Argentina. Since she was a child she was always into painting, drawing and doing handicrafts. That is why she decided to study architecture at the National University of Córdoba, a career that trained her in design and sharpened her perception for details, shapes and geometric harmony.
In 2018 she won first prize in the “Piscina and Wellness Barcelona”, an architecture student competition, and travelled to Europe to participate in the event held at Fira Barcelona. On this trip she fulfilled her dream of getting to know the works of the most renowned architects up close.
She worked as an architect in a construction company, where she learned to develop professionally. However, her passion for paintbrushes was stronger. With an entrepreneurial personality, she decided to start her own creative business.
She creates hand-painted watercolour illustrations and patterns for products. Her designs have texture, colour and freshness. She is inspired by nature in all its forms with a special focus on home decoration.
In addition, she gives face-to-face and virtual watercolour workshops. Her purpose is to help women disconnect from their routine to reconnect with themselves by painting nature with watercolours.
